Your email address and contact form information
Information supplied on the contact form is emailed directly to me, not stored on the website. This and any electronic records are stored on a computer which is password and firewall protected.

Confidential Patient Records
Patient records and case notes are made on paper and are stored securely. As a legal requirement they are held for seven years.

Erasure
Under GDPR you can request access to your records, to correct them or to have them erased. If you wish to do so please contact hello@dovetherapies.co.uk
